Settling Dust from the Housing Bust?

The Q4 edition of the Home Price Expectations Survey was completed last week by Pulsenomics and was published today by Zillow (we administer this quarterly survey to an expert panel comprised of more than 100 economists, housing experts, and market strategists).

Although ten percent of the experts who opined believe that housing market conditions are already back to normal, another ten percent expect it will be a minimum of six years before all the dust settles. Just over one-half (51%) of respondents who opined say it will be at least three more years before conditions in the U.S. housing market normalize.
